We pledge that our customers:

  1. Receive correct items. Our triple check system reduces mistakes and ensures that you receive what you ordered. If not, we will cover the cost of freight to resend the items.
  2. Receive brand new, undamaged items. All restaurant and hospitality furniture retailers rely on third party freight carriers to transport items. Should a problem arise we will facilitate a resolution with the freight carrier on your behalf and keep you whole.
  3. Keep you covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Should an incident arise we will go to bat for you and work directly with the manufacturer to honor the warranty.
  4. Responsive customer service. In all phases of the transaction from selecting items to managing delivery you will have communication with our client care team each step of the way. They are also available via phone during business hours and we offer limited night and weekend email support.
