The GAR Products Lure side chair is a very popular outdoor seat that is beautiful, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. The only thing better than looking at the Lure chair is actually sitting in it. With a real wood frame consisting of a solid, genuine teak frame construction in Thai Teak finish, the seat and seat back are wrapped in a refined polypropylene and polyester rope box weave. The box weave offers sturdy yet flexible support that contours the body. The rope weave is artistically fashioned yet highly functional with resistance to water, staining, fraying, sunlight damage / UV rays, and other exterior elements. The chair is pretty enough that many use it indoors as well. The seat and seat back rope is offered in organic tones: latte (tan) or charcoal (gray). The textured rope contrasted to the deep brown grains in the teak chair frame makes a striking statement for many venues including a stately residential patio, fine dining restaurant deck, or hotel terrace. The GAR Lure side chair is stackable.
The width of the side chair is 18.75” with an overall height of 34”, depth of 22.75”, and a seat height of 18.25”. When the Lure chair was first unveiled the original wood frame was a lighter brown. The Thai Teak finish, a deeper and slightly reddish brown has replaced the tan frame, refreshing the look of the Lure. However, the Lure has a bigger brother and is offered in the same style as a side bar stool in either latte or charcoal rope.
The Lure box rope on its seat and seat back is the same material and similar in style as the GAR Products’ Knot chair. Many who love the look of the Lure but whose budgets cannot fit the Lure’s pricetag, find the Knot to be an acceptable alternative.

With a factory and warehouse in Lakewood, NJ, GAR Products has been designing and building commercial hospitality furniture for over 60 years. GAR is one of the few commercial furniture manufacturers that restauranteurs request by name. For their outdoor (“4 Season) furniture line, GAR offers a three (3) year structural warranty, and our outdoor table tops with a one (1) year structural warranty. Any finish will be warranted for a period of one (1) year to be free from defects under normal use and service, except for genuine teak, faux teak and Thai teak.
